    Picture Re-Take Day

    For students who missed picture day, Dorian Studio will be at school this Friday! Place your order on Dorian Studio website. For students who took pictures in September, but want to re-take their photo, bring in your picture package and give it to the photographer. More details in ParentSquare.

    Coffee with Principal & PTA: 8:20-9:20am

    Please join us for coffee and community, on the sidewalk outside the Lincoln Ave. entrance. Ask Ms Lagdamen any questions, plus connect to other families and PTA leaders. All are welcome. Please wear your mask.

    Read-a-thon Fundraiser: Oct. 4-15

    Scholastic Book Fair for STUDENTS

    Love Elementary's Student Support

    Request for Assistance

    Students and family members can request help for a student (academics, behavior, social emotional health, and attendance) by submitting the Request for Assistance form. The Love Coordination of Services Team (COST) will meet to discuss how we can best support the student.

    COVID-19 Student Testing

    AUSD strongly urges all families to have their students routinely COVID tested. FREE and simple (low nasal swap)! Help keep our schools & community safe.

    AUSD will be offering voluntary testing at our secondary sites several days per week from 3–6 pm, as well as Saturdays 9am–5pm.

    Meal Services

    Effective Tuesday, 8/17 students will be eating lunch outside. We want to thank you for your patience as we work through logistical and scheduling issues. Please bring hat and sunscreen.

    Meal service will be available free of charge for all students at all AUSD schools Monday through Friday, during the school year.

    Although meals will be free of charge, families are still encouraged to apply for the Free/Reduced-Price Meal program. Qualifying for free and reduced price meals comes with many benefits including much needed funding for our school.

    School Smarts for Families

    School Smarts RETURNS! Join our 7-week parent/guardian online academy supporting your journey to navigate our public school systems, and how to best support and advocate for your child!

    Sessions run Thursdays, 6:30–8:00 pm from September 23–November 4.
